Rates and delivery times
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the object. They are shown on the product page and on the payment page before you confirm. Delivery times include preparation and transport.

Dispatch
Orders ship from our workshop in Cholet (France), delivered to your door by Colissimo, Chronopost or an equivalent carrier. Chessboards require a signature; vinyl stands are delivered without signature. A tracking number is sent by e-mail as soon as your order ships.
Pre-orders
For a colour on pre-order, the reservation does not include shipping. Shipping and the balance are requested when the series is released, just before dispatch.
Outside the European Union
Any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, note it with the carrier and e-mail us within 48 hours atcontact@angleparfait.com with photos. If a parcel does not arrive within the stated time, contact us: we open a claim with the carrier and, if it is lost, we send a replacement or refund you.
