Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving any reason. To do so, e-mail us at contact@angleparfait.com stating your order number.

Return conditions

The item must be returned new, complete, unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of your request, to:12 rue de Vouvray, 49300 Cholet, France. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked and insured shipment.

Refund

Once the item has been received and checked, we refund you within 14 days at the latest, to the payment method used for the order, including standard shipping costs. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank.

Damaged or non-conforming item

Please check your parcel on receipt. In case of damage or error, contact us within 48 hours with photos: we will explain what to do and provide a prepaid return label if the problem is confirmed.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it following the procedure above, then place a new order once the return is accepted.
